1. The service
Downtown Austin Apartment is a free renter referral service. We do not own, manage, or lease apartments directly. We refer prospective renters to TREC-licensed property management companies that operate buildings in Downtown Austin.
2. No guarantee of availability or price
Prices shown on this website (e.g., $1,200–$15,000/month) are approximate market ranges as of 2026. Actual availability and pricing change weekly. The unit, floor, view, lease length and concessions you ultimately rent will be set by the licensed property manager in a written lease.
3. No tenant fees
Our referral service is free to renters. We are compensated by property management partners when a lease is signed. You remain responsible for standard application fees, security deposits, pet deposits, and rent as set by the building.
4. Equal Housing Opportunity
We adhere to the federal Fair Housing Act and Texas fair housing laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Downtown Austin Apartment is not liable for any disputes, defects, condition issues, or damages arising from the lease relationship between you and the property manager. Any lease dispute must be resolved with the property manager directly.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue: Travis County, Texas.
